Euphoria Spalon Wedding Services
We take weddings very seriously at Euphoria Spalon because we care about how you look & feel on this important day of your life. With all the money you spend on your dress, accessories, photography & flowers ... we believe you deserve to look your very best.
Our staff has a wealth of wedding experience -- from bridal party pampering to wedding hair & makeup. Some of our brides have been featured in Wisconsin Bride magazine as well as on their website & we've been featured on several blogs including Midwest Bride & A Northwoods Wedding. Check them out at the following links:
Don't be fooled by salons who just want your money & don't have the knowledge or know-how when it comes to proper wedding services. The time of day, location & more all factor in to how your bridal hair & makeup should be done & how your bridal party should be coordinated. We firmly believe in trial runs so there are no surprises & you're sure to look beautiful on your big day.
When trying to decide who to book for your wedding day hair & makeup, be sure to verify that you are working with professional, licensed stylists & makeup artists who are fully insured. We are proud to say we are. You can easily verify if someone is licensed (and if their license is current/active) by visiting Wisconsin's Department of Safety & Professional Services' website & selecting their online services options.
We're also highly rated on weddingwire.com & have earned a Couple's Choice Award for 2015 & 2016. Click on our ratings badge to see our reviews!
At our Spalon, we offer a variety of wedding packages & services to fit your needs. If you don't see what you're looking for from our offerings, please don't hesitate to ask us about how we can customize for your special day. (Please note, services & prices are subject to change without notice.)

~ You & your
bridal party must let us know BEFORE the wedding day if you are choosing
one of our packages.
~ A $50
non-refundable retainer -- also known as a booking fee -- is required to
reserve your wedding date. To pay your wedding retainer using our online
store, click here. (Please
make sure your wedding date is available before paying your retainer.) The retainer goes towards the many costs related to properly pampering you &
your bridal party. It is similar to the "room fee" a reception
venue may charge you. It does NOT go towards services.
~ A signed contract is due prior to paying your retainer or within 3 days of paying your retainer. (The terms & conditions of your bridal booking are outlined in your bridal contract and the information & policies listed on our website or in our brochures are merely informational and should not be construed as part of your contract.)
~ There is a
mandatory 20% gratuity for groups of 2 or more.
~ Trial runs cannot be booked or done unless a wedding date is reserved.
We also recommend the following wedding vendors:
I want to check you guys out. Can I just come in for a trial run before booking my wedding?
No. Our trial runs are very labor intensive & we only do them once a wedding has been reserved with a retainer That's because we cannot guarantee your wedding date until the retainer is paid & it would be a waste of your time & money as well as ours to do a trial run for you ... only to have another bride put down a retainer & take your date. (Also, please note we cannot approve online appointment requests for trial runs unless you have your wedding retainer paid & date reserved with us.) If you want to check us out, you are more than welcome to book a regular hair or makeup appointment with us. (Please note this regular appointment does NOT count towards any of our bridal packages & cannot be considered a trial run.) We also have a Professional Portfolio page here on our website, a pinterest page (www.pinterest.com/euphoriaspalon) & feature staff portfolios on our facebook page (www.facebook.com/euphoriaspalon) in the photo section. You can also check out the links above for our brides & models who have been featured on various blogs & websites.
Can I bring someone
with me to my trial run?
If you have a
trusted friend or sister you would like to bring with to your appointment, then
please feel free to have them come with you. Please keep in mind, though,
this special appointment is for you & you should be the center of
attention. We do not recommend bringing anyone who might steal that
attention from you or who might make you feel less than the beautiful person
What can I expect at my trial run?
We allot 2-4 hours for your trial run appointment. When you come in, we do 1-2 updos and take pictures of each style from 4 different angles. When we do your makeup trial run, we try 1-3 different looks & take pictures of each look. (That way you can see how everything is looking in photographs!) We try to accomplish as many looks as we can within your appointment time.
Do you do trial
runs for moms, bridesmaids, etc.?
No. Our trial
runs are very labor intensive & designed only for our brides at a special
rate. If one of your bridal party members is unsure of our skills or
talent and/or wants to "check us out," she is welcome to schedule
one of our regular services at our regular prices. We also have a
Professional Portfolio page here on our website, a pinterest page (www.pinterest.com/euphoriaspalon) &
feature staff portfolios on our facebook page (www.facebook.com/euphoriaspalon) in the photo
section. You can also check out the links above for our brides & models who have been featured on various blogs & websites.
How far in advance
should I reserve my wedding date?
We book out as far as 9 months in advance and prime dates go quickly so we suggest booking as soon as possible.
Do you travel for weddings?
We can & frequently do travel for weddings by request but there are a few key factors to keep in mind: 1) Wisconsin state law currently only allows us to travel to another licensed establishment (i.e. another salon or spa). We are aware of other "artists" (licensed & unlicensed) who will travel to your venue, etc. but we're not willing to do something illegal & risk our professional licensing. If you would like us to come to another salon, please be sure they are okay with having us come in. 2) You must verify that we are able to travel on your particular wedding date when booking. (Please don't assume we can or will.) Sometimes, due to other client bookings or staff availability, we're not able to travel. 3) Travel fees may apply depending on how far we have to travel & how many of us have to travel.
When should I come
in for my trial run?
scheduling your trial run appointment for about 4-6 weeks before your wedding but it's really up to you!
Will I get my retainer back? Does my retainer go towards services?
No. Your retainer is just like a room reservation fee that your reception venue may
charge. It covers the added costs of accommodating your wedding
group & enables us to block off time from our regular clients & go
more in depth than other salons with your trial run as well as offer an array
of beverages for you & your bridal party on your wedding date, etc.
What if I'm not happy with my trial run?
The whole reason we do trial runs is to help you make decisions & help us both properly prepare for your big day & trouble-shoot any challenges with hair & makeup. Want more volume in the crown? Want a different type of curl? Decided you don't want an updo afterall? Want to try a different stylist or makeup artist? No problem! That's EXACTLY why we do trial runs. We cannot stress enough how important it is to communicate with us so we can help you achieve your perfect wedding day look. We truly do want you to look & feel your best. Sometimes all it takes is a quick e-mail letting us know you want a looser curl or thinner eye liner. Sometimes, the look you had in mind from that Pinterest pin wasn't exactly best for you afterall. That's okay! If you feel like things completely went in the wrong direction or you're second guessing your wedding day look, you are welcome to schedule another trial run. There may be additional fees involved with additional trial runs -- afterall, we are taking more time to work with you -- but we won't be offended if you want to fine tune things. That's what we're here for!
What makeup lines
do you use for bridal makeup?
Our primary makeup
line is Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics. It is a professional, high-end
mineral makeup that our lead makeup artist has used for wedding makeup for over
10 years. Our secondary line is MAC which is also a professional, high-end line used by elite makeup artists around the globe. For airbrush makeup we use Temptu, another high-end, professional line.
What’s the difference between “traditional”
& “airbrush” makeup & how do I know which one is best for me?
makeup option you should choose really boils down to personal preference &
skin type. Our mineral makeup comes in a
variety of options – from a lightweight pressed powder to a hydrating liquid
foundation – and has buildable coverage so you can go sheer or full. The minerals in our line reflect light to
help smooth the appearance of fine lines & blemishes, do not support
bacteria or microbe growth & pose a lower risk of allergic reaction. Mineral makeup is also an excellent option for
those recovering from harsh medical procedures or those with rosacea &
acne. Our Youngblood Mineral Makeup is silky & lightweight &
has won numerous awards including “Best Foundation” (Beauty Launchpad). There are natural-looking shades for most every
skin tone & it’s long-lasting & can stand up to heat, humidity &
perspiration. Our S/B airbrush makeup is
a silicone-based, durable formula that can last for hours. It provides a flawless, dewy finish that
closely mimics natural skin. It’s water-
& transfer-resistant & provides a smooth, glowing finish. It can stand up to hours of heat. Coverage is also buildable while remaining
lightweight. Our photographer friends
say they see no difference on film between our mineral & airbrush
makeup & that both look “airbrushed” in pictures. So here’s what we suggest: If you have asthma, sensitive or acneic skin, rosacea or don’t like the “feel” of makeup … go with our “traditional” mineral
makeup. If you are a “cryer” or a “hugger”
or an on-trend kind of gal … go with airbrush.
