Cancellation Policies

You are very important to us at Euphoria Spalon & your appointment time is reserved especially for you.  We totally understand sometimes things happen & you may need to change your appointment.  However, we ask that, out of respect for us – as well as our other clients -- you give us at least 24 hours notice for any reschedules or cancellations.
 
Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving us proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.  That means we can’t accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list to get in with us and, the bottom line is, when we’re not seeing clients we lose money.  Therefore, a cancellation/no-show fee will apply.
 
No shows & appointment changes with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $25 fee.  (If your service is less than $25, you will be charged for the full regular price of the service under that amount.)  If you make an appointment within a 24-hour period & need to cancel or reschedule, you have until 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time to do so without fees being incurred.
 
Any multiple services, spa packages or hair or eyelash extension appointments must be held with a valid credit card.  Multiple services, spa packages or hair or eyelash extension appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or no showed will be charged $25 per service.  

Cancellations associated with weddings have separate rules and are detailed/outlined in your bridal contract.  
 
As a courtesy to you, our salon scheduling software provides an e-mail and/or text reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  However, we are not responsible for any lost e-mails, e-mails going into your “junk mail” folder, computer glitches, etc.  It’s ultimately your responsibility to make sure we have current/up-to-date contact information for you & to remember your appointments to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments & no-show/cancellation fee(s).  

Gift Certificates

Gift certificate sales are final and are non-refundable/non-returnable.  Purchase or presentation of a gift certificate does not guarantee that a client may book or receive services.  Gift certificates purchased for a particular package or service may be substituted at our discretion for an alternate service or package or will be credited to an account for the actual dollar amount equal to the actual/real purchase price of the gift certificate to be redeemed for other services and/or products.  Gift certificates have a listed expiration date & may not be redeemed after the expiration date.  Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash.

Independent Contractors

Independent Contractors own & operate their own businesses and are not subject to Euphoria Spalon's policies or procedures.  Please verify what your individual Independent Contractor's rules & policies are.

Product Refunds/Returns

Retail products may be returned for a full refund via the original payment method within 14 days of purchase.  Hair extension sales are final & cannot be returned for any reason. 

Right to Refuse Service

As a private business, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we consider to be rude or disruptive to our business and/or Spalon atmosphere or who is disrespectful to our staff or other guests.  We also reserve the right to refuse service when certain health or other conditioners preclude a client from receiving services based on contraindications or other safety risks.  And we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is verbally abusive or sexually harasses our staff or other clients.  Our right to refuse service will be upheld regardless of any pre-payments or gift certificates. 

Services/Packages/Prices

Purchase or presentation of a gift certificate does not guarantee that a client may book or receive services.  All services, packages & prices are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to substitute services & products at our discretion.

We do not give refunds for services performed.  We may choose to offer a complementary retouch or redo for some services but that is solely at our discretion and within a time-frame of our choosing.  We are in NO way obligated to perform "free" services for any reason.
